More Drop Crates
I made this add-on a few months ago, but I forgot about it when I stopped playing Cortex Command for a while. Now that I'm playing it again, I figured I would release it. The Crates:Wood crate. Cheap and simple. Pike Crate for sticking those landings. Ball crate. You never know when you might need to roll. P-Crate. Crate for bunker-busting. I'm not really a professional add-on creator or anything, and I'm pretty sure this is the first one I have released. I don't plan on making more. I just made these because I thought they were useful. Enjoy.

The first one isn't so great but the rest are pretty damn cool.

Re: More Drop Crates
Their all useful but the wooden ones kind of bland but bland can be good when you need to make a scene like a Ronin one perhaps? Still it might be hated but the wooden crate still has it's uses .

Re: More Drop Crates
Pike crate for deploying dreadnoughts is friggen awesome. And the ball crate is the most creative thing I've ever seen.
And the wooden crate is awesome for RPing =P

Re: More Drop Crates
I stuck a bunch of standard bombs into the P-Crate and dropped it into the room with the captured training dummy. It worked quite well.

The wooden crate is hilarious when it contains Nukes.
These are very well made and interest, I do enjoy filling the ball create with Bombs, rolling it into a bunker, and blowing the crap out of everything that moves.
out of curiosity, got any more crates planned?

Many kudos for the ball drop crate. It's very creative indeed. LordVonKain wrote: out of curiosity, got any more crates planned? Time to buy yourself some glasses.

Hey guys. Thanks for the feedback. LordVonKain wrote: The wooden crate is hilarious when it contains Nukes.

out of curiosity, got any more crates planned? I don't really plan to because I'm on a new computer with really slow internet. I'd have to re-download gimp just to set the pallet correctly, and I work terribly with gimp. I've probably also forgotten what I've learned while making these. It took me forever to get the gibs right on the wooden crate, or anything else for that matter. I'm just not cut-out for add-ons, really. Again, thanks for the feedback, guys.

Re: More Drop Crates
I dig that ball crate. It's too bad CC doesn't handle the physics better.
