Electro Relic: Graphical Update! (Mar 29)
ELECTRO RELIC 2.0 Now with better sprites, bugfixes, and gibs! This is my entry for the Junior Modding Contest Theme: Glows! Take control of the skies with the Electro Relic, featuring twin laser shotgun turrets and a homing missile array! When controlling the relic hull, press 'Fire' to unleash a swarm of homing missiles. Recharges every 7 seconds. Looking for tips/crits on the sprites. Known Bugs: -AI can flip turrets to the wrong side of the relic. -Occasional crash? Based off AaronLee's Bethesda Superheavy Dropship and MaximDude's MDC Dropship mk1

Re: Electro Relic: Junior Mod Contest Entry
Nice mod, only that it lacks gibs. When i ordered it i toke control of one of the turrets. Is that supposed to happen?

Re: Electro Relic: Junior Mod Contest Entry
Very fun mod, I especially like the barrage of seeking missiles. Accidentally selecting the turrets is a pain, but not a big deal. Spriting is decent, if not spectacular (definitely better than I could do)
Keep up the good work!

You can cycle through controlling the hull and two turrets like you would normally cycle bodies. I left the user able to control the turrets, but I think I know how to automatically switch them away. Do you think that would be better? But yeah, it really needs gibs. Next update maybe! Also, vote for me

They still look like something out of an old Doctor Who. I can imagine this guy chasing the second doctor down a conveniently large corridor, firing lasers.

Hmmm, that sounds fun. Downloa- crap we're not supposed to do that.
[LATER]: Cool, i like it, even though its not really good at what it does, it looks awesome. You should give it a better sound though, and you could make actors! and a Doctor! and and and awesome base defences!
