One way to make the images embedded is to press the Img button and put the image URL between the [Img] things.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
Yeah but they are all attachments, I would have to host them somewhere else or they all end up at the bottom with the .rar file.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
Thanks man
if you get good enough with force push you can push grenades back at your enemy, that is really fun.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
Ah...is there any range indicator? Sometimes I can see the blue/red dot, and sometimes I can't, slightly annoying. Not sure what I'm aiming at - probably just need to try it a bit. Also, some of the descriptions appear to be off (it calls some of the Sith Jedi and whatnot...). Cool anyways, I enjoy stuff like this.
Edit: Is there any way to make a lightsaber? <_<.

These ideas have been done before, but the way you let a person switch through is really useful, much better than having to remember multiple keys and such. I remember when that was first released. Whenever capnbubs, numgun, or piezo released something, they set a new benchmark in modding. Ontopic: Mod sounds unique and fun. I'll try it out in a bit. :3 Catching and throwing back grenades sounds fun and useful. <3

Sith's grip is really epic. The force powers are really cool, and the mod is well done. The only thing I see that should get more work are the sprites.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
This is fantastic. I wish that the actors were a little bit stronger/ had armor, but their force powers are great. It would be nice to be able to use the force push power against doors, though.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
My biggest problem is the range of the attacks and how they are used. Can't tell you how many times I've died because some bastard was just barely out of the range of a force push. It would be nice to be able to use the powers even if they're not targeted specifically at an enemy. It might be better for some of the more "projectile" like powers to be done with more traditional means, rather then lua. For instance, force push could just be a cone of invisible particles (with some lua magic to make anything that is flying at you fly away from you), while force lightning could just be a rapid fire, lower damage version of the District 9 Arc Gun.
I'd be nice to, you know, just use force push to blow open doors or shield yourself from an out of control drop ship and to arc force lightning indiscriminately into a tunnel of clones. Obviously things like force drain and choke can't be done like this, but there's no reason some of the simpler ones can't.

Re: Starwars - Jedi + force powers
For the range problem: go into the actor's lua, there should be a line that says "self.forcedist". Change the number after that to modify the range. There are a bunch of other lines you can alter as well, provided you know what you're doing.
