It's a machine gun patterned after the Italian Fascist flag. It's powerful, reasonably accurate, and has a huge magazine, but it has a long reload time and it's heavy as donkeyballs.

UPDATE: I added a variation of it that's heavier, fires more slowly, is more cumbersome to reload, and costs more, but shoots rounds that would make an anti-aircraft gun ♥♥♥♥ itself in fear.

It goes in minor mods only if the creator wants it to.

JoesyCop, It is the Creator's Choice to put it in the Minor Mod Dump, that dump is used for people who just want to get rid of thier mods and dont really care about feedback.

This however is different and if they decide that they want to release it like this then they obviously want feedback.
