I hate to bump an old topic, but is anyone still up for smashing the reload system into this?

Just popping in to say that it's immensely satisfying using this weapon against the "They Hunger" activities. Kinda reminiscent of blat-blatting the Flood from Halo: CE with the shotgun :3 Ye olden days and whatnot. Nostalgic feel aside, I have to say there's something about this shotgun that makes it a constant in my arsenal. Maybe just the general quality, from the sprite to the firing sounds? In any case, it's fun to use, and that's that. Grate a++ would buy again etc.

Oh, if you were to merge this with CC48's special loading shotgun, we'd be in business.

I just looked at CC48's shotgun code. The transition from normal weapon to self-loading is not a smooth one, and this is one of the mods which is not template optimised, so people wishing to convert it are going to have a time of it if they don't know what they're doing.

Argh, sorry guys. Forgot about this.
Anyway, I'm stripping the double fire function, and basically just replacing Cricket's shotgun with yours.

Once I'm done, I'll quickly PM Cricket and then hand it over.
