Re: Hayreddin Industries
That's not an AC weapon. The AC hard blades were spikes that were propelled by a large explosion, but the explosion itself wasn't what caused the damage.

Re: Hayreddin Industries
Just posting to say that i've been doing some work on the Dhol grenade launcher, giving it a prettier explosion, etc. and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for improvements or tweaks for anything else.
Oh and i forgot to talk about the activities before, it gives a real challenge IMHO.

Re: Hayreddin Industries
Yeah, here's one for ya.
You made a drop pod that didn't cause a loss when it asploded. Why doesn't the laser do that? Come to think of it, why don't you get moniez back when it catapults into space? Or are you saying an INDUSTRIAL GRADE MILITARY SUBORBITAL LASER CANNON (IGMSLC) is not reuseable? What kind of retard designed THAT recycling system?

Re: Hayreddin Industries
Nuclear Pumped Lasers would make for a non-reusable superweapon.

Re: Hayreddin Industries
Sounds fair. But for the tech types, that should be included in the description. And don't you think there should be a partial refund for the used cannon? The medium is used up, but the hulk remains, and it wouldn't be too damaged by a direct energy beam.

Excellent stuff. Manages to make fun and fairly unique weapons without resorting to Lua.

Re: Hayreddin Industries
Updated
Aretha now is bought as a dropship (you can move it around) and the beam is triggered by scuttling the ship, also the beam is slightly better IMO. Dhol has prettier effects and is slightly less overpowered. To anyone who is interested there are some notes in the craft file about some... things...
