View Active Topics broken?

  View Active Topics broken?When I click View active topics at the top, instead of seeing, you know, active topics, I only get a smattering from the Help and Support forum and the temporary subforum scancode made for server status. Anyone else getting this too?

IRC, user permissions (looked at the moderation team list lately?), signatures, forum uptime, I think badges are broken... I'm sure there are other things I have not seen myself.
