You know what I would appreciate?
A community manager that actually did something related to CC.

Or organizing people to go to one physical location... like a convention center. I mean sure not everyone could go, but if there was a convention within distance, people could take CC, and do a tournament at a con... get some more awareness about CC... that's a pretty community related, CC Related thing... and its a tournament.

Public multiplayer fests? Organise and open it to the world?

There are so many problems associated with organizing that.

Which is why we need someone to tell us what, if anything, we are doing.

The community (and developers) for CC are so spread apart that there would be no way to organize that. Also, a good portion of the community at any given time is extremely temporary. I don't think there's quite a solid enough fanbase to host a convention out of anything more than somebody's basement.
Also, I'm pretty sure that what Lizard meant by that is that he'd like a community manager who has something to do with CC aside from being the community manager for CC, but you can correct me if I'm wrong.

More like actually adding something besides having the title of community manager.

Well, if Data would sign off on devlog posts that would be something the C.M. could do.

Whatever happens, I feel that perhaps things are back to the way they should be. With admins that came from the community rather than being placed over it.
