Anyway:

1. Click User Control Panel, near the top, just under the Data Realms banner.
2. Click Board Preferences, in the bar on the left.
3. In the main frame, there should be a drop box next to the text "My timezone".
4. Change this to the appropriate time zone.
5. Click the Submit button, at the bottom of the main frame.

Shard, people don't get permanently banned unless they're being total clowns. If they are, they're probably spamming. They don't need another chance. That would also screw with banning spam bots.
