You mean CC gifs?
Those are easy to make, simply hold down PRINT SCREEN (Above Insert) in game to record, and the frames will be in the Cortex Command folder, among the .rtes.

If you mean AVIs, you'd want to use Camstudio. Download.com (=reputable) just reviewed it and it seemed alright. |

It's because lag doesn't affect the GIFs  . If they're set at the right speed, it'll look like the game was playing perfectaly normal - even when it's crawling through molasses in January.
