Will there be huge worlds? Worlds that take time to get around, and makes the player have that massive battle fun feeling?
--> Turrets, Dropships, Landers, Mechs, etc. = Fun stuff eh?

Just thought I'd ask about this. :?

you mean kinda like battle field no??
this idea is pretty good but dont forget that cortex command is a 2d game
and that would be kind of a problem dont you think?

It's the only way to make vehicles (jeeps, tanks and whatever else)
useful.

What i dislike is where in brain vs brain the map overlaps and you sorta disappear for a second while passing through it...

Thats the wrap-around, it's in both modes.

*twitch* I know how long it takes to generate NOW, when all it does is gold rocks and plants, if it did terrain... I think the best for that is for the scene editor to have a 'generate contour' function, then if you like it you save it, it would take a bit much in the way of sytem resources to do random maps in CC. Also, map selsction in BvB/BvC...

WRAPAROUND SUX... Are we getting that fixed too?

Wrap-around has its uses, such as the fact that otherwise we need borders.

Excellent observation.

One-way levels would be AWESOME for campaign missions. Destroy the brains in a series of bunkers using only the weapons you find along the way.

mmmmmmmmm.
