 help with mods! every time i download a mod it comes out in a note pad.what can i do to stop it?

Those Note Pads are the .ini's the things that tell the mod what to do,Here are the mod instalation instructions,Download the mod and save it somwhere,Extract it into your Cortex command folder,If it says.rte at the end of the folder name it means its a mod,Run CC and the mod should apar,the end.

Re: help with mods! thats the compressed form,right click on the .rar cause thats the compressed mod,now it should have an option that says extract here,(if the .rar is in your CC folder)Click extract here and the mod will extract,Now play CC and the mod should be in ther,THE END FOR REAL!
