I thought the game had a printscreen button included

Upper right corner of the key board there is a button that says Prntscrn. Thats it. |

You could try using FRAPS and running the game in 640x480 fullscreen (default). |

You can also just use Cmd-Shft-3  . Apparently that works for you mac users.
