Ok, so me and my friend were trying to play cc, and this was the first time I tried 2 player in 14. well, apparently, he has no control, and I control both actors. He can only shoot, when I can walk with all of them, ect. Basically I can control all of his. All he can do is change weps and aim and shoot. Any ideas? |

Try reconfiguring all the controls in the options menu. You might have a few binded to both players. |

Weird... I just had a friend over and we played, there were no problems, but he was using my 360 controller. |

How exactly do you mean change the controls? Because if you mean the keymaps theres no hope of doing that, to confusing. I tried configure, and everything was still messed up.. I tried reinstall, nothing. Help please? |

Hm we'll look into making the control configs more robust and fault tolerant. There will be 'clear' buttons which will clear out all mappings of a specific player, for example. |

Great. fix it soon please, because I have tried evertyhing and this game is great for 2 player. i miss kicking my friend's ass.... |

alright, I have found a solution to this. Don't scream necro at me because I am posting this in case it happens to anyone else. What the problem was is that there was a corrupt piece of code in build 14 for whatever reason. What you need to do is go into settings, and go to player 2 settings where it is using the classic keyboard controls. Dl build 13, and go into settings there. copy the values for build 13 settings for player 2 into build 14 settings for player 2. Check that you did everything right, and play. Now it should work. |
