I hope the Ai will be improved enough to know to some degree that shooting a rocket or a dropship's engine relatively point-blank is a lethal choice. Defenders wont be worthwhile if they keep getting crushed and burnt under rocket engines they dont know how to avoid, or get shot at by a Shotgun despite having appropriate cover just two steps behind them. As would be assaulters if they rushed from cover when the enemy had just popped in a new magazine to their AK47. [Ai that can fire and move at the same time would also be pretty tight.] |

Just read the devlog, he doesn't give extreme specifics but you can now select brain rush as one of the options, maybe that could mean running and gunning. |

I think that will probably just set all your units into AI mode. (they behave like the AI) |

I must agree here. Although the clones are advanced for something scripted on WordPad, in a war sim you really need to push the envelope. |

I actually tried that, they dont shoot at the backs of their own guys because they can't see through them. However, with the blunderbuss, the spread can extend and kill somebody below them. |
