Sure they will, you just need an adapter and the correct drivers.

In other words it would be easier to just get a 360 wired one...

PS3 controller......hmm, works...a little....the R1 and L1 buttons do the same as the Start and Select button....reset and back to the main menu so your at a loss of 2 buttons unless you set the Next/Previous Body buttons to something else [i did square and circle]

a little confusing to set up the controller [to get windows to recognize it; and i can personally say that Vista is compatible with it]. i dont' know if a PS2 controller is any different, but that's something to look out for

use what-ever is comfortable for you [to hold in your hands, and in price to buy], if you know people with a 360, or a PS3, try the controllers, and if they have a spare wired 360 controller, use it, if they have a spare PS3 controller their willing to lend, go for it [PM me for help with the PS3 controller, it's a little confusing and i have all the drivers]. Or if you find a standard USb controller that's a nice price and you like, go for it. It's just a matter of personal opinion. [mine being the PS3 controller]
