1. download 2. open file 3. open CC folder 4. drag and drop into CC folder 5. profit or if you're familiar with winRAR 1. download 2. open file 3. highlight file and click extract 4. find CC folder 5. click OK 6. profit |

Or you just sae the file in your CC folder (As shown above), then right click and click "Extract here" |
