Hello. I found this game on a website I go on which is dedicated to physics games. It looked pretty promising so I signed up, played it and WEWT! One of best games ive played for awhile. Recently found out how to open mods. Woot. Dont be expecting any mods soon though!

EDIT: Help! Mods wont load... Says this:

Abortion in file .\Main.cpp, line 175, Because:
Failed to load data module: HandheldBlizzard.rte
Make sure it contains an Index.ini file that defines a "DataModule"!
The last frame has been dumped to "abortscreen.bmp"

it doesnt have a index file in the ini. Unless you know how to change that I suggest you just delete it. But basically if the folder has like 3 files in it. Effects, divices and ammo. Then you make

DataModule
   IncludeFile = GunName.rte/effects.ini
   IncludeFile = GunName.rte/ammo.ini
   IncludeFile = GunName.rte/devices.ini

It's fine now, (on laptop) it was fine earlier (on comp) and it would be fine for you if the green was a bit brighter.

Strange, nobody else has mentioned it not working. You could try deleting the handheldblizzard.rte and redownloading it.
