Yes there is. You hit 4 and 5 on the keypad at the same time. I had to figure this out before, but that was looonnnggg ago. Player 2 has to press y and u at the same time. Also for the note 1 and 2 slow and speed up time, t makes gold. Also, Also you should ask this at the FAQ thread in the Code section. WOAH, didn't see you Punisher.
