How do I make mods cuase i want to make mods.

It's actually a simple process, but you have to learn what the different variables too. Right now I can't give you a quick lesson, but maybe someone else will.

Oh, and there are some variable tutorials here somewhere, but I don't remember where and can't look right now. Sorry.

Keep asking, and your probably going to be banned, or at least flamed a lot.

Look at the code of a completed mod, try changing some numbers, and see what happens in-game.

I think that Data Realms could use some sort of modding wiki thing, it would not only be easy to find, but it might cut down on the stupid people that constantly make fools of themselves by not reading. Give them a massive link to the modding wiki or whatever and tell them to read it.

Go into the Cortex Command folder, make a backup of the base.rte folder, then go inside Base.rte and open up Devices.ini or Ammo.ini and mess around with the numbers and see what happens in-game.

it's a learning process, and NOBODY here is going to help you any further than the FAQs here already do.

Please, there's no need for this thread. The variables are simple, and someone of average intelligence could learn all they needed for modding just by changing some numbers and names in the .ini files, and then we have a whole FAQ dedicated to teaching people how to mod.
Trying to get someone else to teach you when you have the full means to learn it yourself, quite easily, is not an efficient way to go about things. It may save you a few minutes of work, but it's an incredible hassle for the one teaching you. Particularly if this thread is any example of how quickly you learn.
