 Request-Ability to move/delete objects in Skirmish Defense.

Post Request-Ability to move/delete objects in Skirmish Defense.
The title says it all. In skirmish defense you can not move or delete objects when building your base. Also, you should also be able to decide how much money you start with rather than changing the difficulty, it would be nice if you could just type in any number to decide how much money you get.
