Post subject:	THE STORY of Cortex Command
I hope I'm not doing anything wrong by posting this here, add stories, pictures and text that you think adds to the story of Cortex Command, could even be in game screen shots. The year is 7259 its been nearly been 160 years since we left home. Home how I miss it now, that blue and green ball of wonder floating in space. I am no longer a human. Could never call myself that, not after what we did, what we had to do to escape,our dying planet. My father once told me that, in order to end up in a different place, you must take a different path, I'm in space now, have been for the past 121 years, and with nothing in me to develop, nothing to see, no earth to grow old on, I am no better than I was when I left earth and my family. Many of us have begun to show loss of emotion in this disembodied state. They say once you are separated from your body, going back to be embodied is never the same and for most of us its already been too long to go back. Sometimes I look at my body and imagine myself back on earth, how grass felt, the warm sun shine. Then I see my reflection, on the cryogenic chamber glass and remember what I have become. I'm just a brain now. As for all that we have done to keep the human species alive, there are humans, still in cryogenic sleep, who are to be awoken once we have found a new home for our population. Some say that there are some that survived it and that earth is not lost, but none of us know for sure and there is no way we can turn back now. Once those in the cryogenic chambers have been awoken they will be disembodied and re-embodied into the right bodies, bodies that has been allowed to adapt to the new world. After that it will only be their children that will be the first true humans among us, how I will envy them. I have 3 cycles left. I hope I get to see that day.

Well, despite the exaggerated year I think it's pretty good. You said "Some say" a few too many times, and there were quite a lot of unneeded commas but it was good.

Yeah, a cycle in this case is a long time though could be 10 years, its a more universal way of keeping time I'm not even going to try and support through science with my knowledge, I'm just guessing they would have some way in the future to base time on. . 3 is suppose to sound little although its a long time for us, with disembodyment its suppose to be a very short time since the idea of disembodyment sort of promised eternal life. Obviously in reality even brains died, although, in the time that was written brain expectancy was still certainly smaller than that cortex command plays off, provided the brain isn't killed, so next time you kill a brain, think of how long it has been alive lol. Sol has been one many humans have tried to return to, the system of their X home planet. If only they knew, why all of that had happened. Guess we all need the war device to fall onto our rocks if we are to leave our homes for good. The war device, designed by the Preus i presume, unlike any technology any living civilization has developed remains impossible to reverse engineer. It drives any civilization to the brink of extinction when they are tricked to fight for it, they fight for their own destruction. Why? I guess the Preus wanted civilizations in the way of their enemy, but wanted our home worlds wiped out so that no civilization could ever become strong enough to pose a threat. For you see each of us think more lies out there in space, but the truth is , its our home worlds that held the most important elements specific for its races needs, especially here in space. If we had only known. NEW I remember d day. The fierce struggle, the blood on my face, wish it had been mine, wish it had been my blood! The last war they said, the war that would end all wars on earth, it would be all worth it. They said its the war that would end all wars, sadly it did. It ended all. NEW I feel none, I am dead man, crushing skulls of innocent man , taking life that I have none, what am I killing, who am I destroying, Tha comma splice! Lol.

Jason, do you want us to make stories? If yes, then I come to you with a very big present inside a little package called spoiler. I try to not do what the government wants me to do, but if I don't do anything they will kill me, and my plan to get somewhere like Earth was will be vanished. It is so hard to do things I don't want to. It is even hard to do the controlling, because I feel like I had my body, like I was human, but when I switch to another body, I get a headache and a mind-vanish. I forget everything on my last few seconds of memory. Some people always wanted to be in war because of what they used to see on TV and computers. I wish I didn't watched all that stuff. World War II, Vietnam war... all of them were peaceful heavens compared to today. That's why they don't do any movies or games about war these days... At my time, when I had 15 years old, it was much better... I have 347 right now, just because of those fuc**** scientists, with all of their damn experiments, no one can have a normal life. "Goverstice" (how we call the Government today, a mix of Justice and Government, two completely different words), has launched experiments on every single human on every single star system. Even their own scientists aren't human. Only a few could survive, and those are the malfunctioned clones, which are also called zombies, because of their horrible faces. There are rumors about some people who try to survive. Some say they are called Rhosds, other say they are called Rjosd. I say they are called The Ronin. I know that because of my brother. I never saw him again. His name is-- I mean, was Dafred, and he disappeared a long time ago. He always used to talk about this name, Ronin. I think that name is from somewhere, but I just can't remember... I am trying to remember it but I just can't, just like I don't remember my own name... Now someone could talk about the space ship the brain is being attacked. Oh, and for those who don't care about spoilers, click over there: How about making the Brain's name Ronin?

Ronin(the brain): jip that should be the Ronin right now. !!Boom!! -strange unknown pirates enter, clothed in such a way that makes it impossible to tell which species they are, ghost like, with 2 round empty eyes, firing at everyone in site, but one man in target specifically. In the back corner of the ship is a man holding onto a dissemelarly cube (a hard metal cube that holds a particularized object with the exact mapping to reassemble the object) with all his life, taking this, this unimportant and invaluable ship seemed like the only way for him to get the device safely into the right hands. This devices existence band across the orion spur, is about to become the strongest military power for these once small group of trade lane pirates, praying on this unfortunate passenger ship, about to join a gold rush of only the most powerful, like vultures waiting for their prey. It is the only technology taken from a piece left behind by the Preus themselves that has the ability to realign allegiance towards a brain, one of their own, effectively high jacking any army in the galaxy,that is if they can assassinate the brain first. Which should be easy for them now, with their ever expanding treasure hunt for and most successful capturing of blackmarket technology. Any demands, questioning, interrogation or anything for that matter is welcome, no matter what you think you can or cannot do, all I do is start typing, on my blackberry, XD .

Here is the 3rd or 4th part of the story (can't look now because I am lazy ) At the time I was thinking, the Ronin opened a way for someone with a yellow colored hair, with an old weapon named AK or something like that, and an evil smile. I think that was the leader. I could remember him from somewhere, don't know where. He was on my mind. When, suddenly, I hear something behind me--my cortex. It was one of them taking my jar off to capture me... I hope they don't kill me. The guy who was taking was one of the Most Wanted men on the planet I used to live. His name is Brutus. A strong guy with a green Mohawk. No one ever knew what he had done to get a value of 3 million gold bars for just a head. They carried me to a spaceship made of pieces of Dummy drop ships and some Coalition rockets. I never knew that there could be a woman in an army these days. Days where women are only able to make food and sell to men. Never liked that, I wanted to make a woman at least have her rights. I was starting to like those guys. They were speaking some language unknown... well, at least to me it was unknown. I heard one of them calling their possible leader (the one with yellow hair) Dafred. Could it be... could that be my brother? No. Dafred is a common name. It is impossible. If I could at least switch to a body in here and ask him... I can't. I am not that advanced. If I could just have a mouth on my Cortex... If I could at least get some information about where I am, about who am I, about who is Dafred... Are people reading this? Without replies I feel like I am doing nothing here . Anyway, at least I can make someone happy by writing those stories. That's great for me.

Who am I, why do I exist and why am I here? It is not death that frightens me, its the absents of feeling, the death of more than just the senses, the death of my soul, my emotions, how will I come out on the other side, will I remember who I was? Will I remember who I'm suppose to be? Or will I be lost forever, a mind in a glass jar. No afterlife, just nothing...nothing... Wow really epic That's really good so I'm going to leave the ronin, or at least that story entirely to Joseph and will start doing a series on the dummies. I'm going to stop with the pics for now, I want to do them properly and not so sluggish. Believe me when I say, the stories have just begun.

That would be great thanks. Will help a lot, anyone can add anything at anytime without asking. Its up to you guys. Btw I just wrote the ending of the dummies series, haha. (Although it happened first, but it sort of reveals everything so ill add it at the end of the series, oh well time to write the first story then... Song is: one eskimo astronauts Helo World. That is what I was first coded to say. The first, self aware CPU. DCPU...too bad I'm a dummy CPU. The corporation WTF (weapon testing faction) bought me. Now I have been rebuilt together with thousands just like me. Would rather be a clone really. Chances of survival might be greater.
