I think they spawn units with pre-equipped weapons based on your faction. |

I use them, but after I have done building nothing happens. |

Have you make sure to have enough money/gold? if you hadn't sometimes next round nothing or small things only are being build. |

I believe they're only for the metagame, they don't seem to do anything in skirmish so if you're using them there nothing will happen. If they're not working in the metagame that's probably an actual problem. |
