First of all, I really enjoy the metagame and I think the autobuild feature is a great idea, however if I may provide a suggestion. Would it be possible to have a list of preset bases for a map, and choose them from a drop down list before selecting "autobuild"? The list would be populated with designs from the scene creator, and would let us choose which type of base we wish to build, with the current one we are using being the default of course. |

Oh, that would be awesome. It would also be nice to have the ability to select where the bunker/base would be. |

Sounds good to me. It would be fantastic to have community generated bunker building plans, too. |

It'd be a nice way to introduce a little more randomness and danger into exploring new bunkers too, especially if the AI randomly picked which one to use when first setting up in that area. Make the new Scanners a little more important. |

That was one of the things I thought would be good, I don't like the idea of going to an enemy base and already knowing exactly how the base and defences will be set out. |

It would also be cool if the player could design and save bases for themselves to use along with the default ones. |

That's what I meant by populating the list with bases from the scene editor, it would let us make our own bases and share them here. For people like me (who love building intricate bases) this would add another facet of enjoyment to the game |

On top of this I think the 'ghost' modules of what is going to be build should be displayed when you inspect the base. You should then be able to remove and add parts to that. So you know whats coming and are able to change it, instead of hoping the per-designed base looks like something. You know another possibility is to remove the autobuild feature and instead have a bunch of presets in the build menu. Then you would just select a preset and blonk it down on the map and that would get build with the money over time. This allows for extra functionality such as being able to design an entire base and then saving it as a preset in game. |

This would be awesome. I've built many bases, all different in many ways. It would be great to create your own auto-build bases, because you could pick one that works better with a specific tech. Like, when I play with Coalition I try to create tall towers to put heavy snipers and on top flak cannons, and when using Dummies I create mostly underground bases with long corridors to put dummies with the Destroyer Cannon and Dreadnoughts. |

This was one of the main reasons I want this feature, my Brown Coat bases tend to be built closer together while my Coalition bases tend to be more spread out with turrets and snipers.
