Try calling their indexes in the Index.ini in Base.rte then.

Is this what I was spoosed to do?
Opened up the base index
Opened up the mods index
Put the mod index into the game index
It didnt work if it was

Byah, I'm not patient enough to do this...
You put a call to the Index.ini of the mod into teh Index.ini of Base.rte.
