Post How do you stop floor/terrain rape with increased deltatime?
ive increased my deltatime quite high and I like it..I want it to stay but is their a way to get rid of terrain rape and spontaneous and silly explosions of random things? HELPPP!!!!!

I don't think you really can, unless you manually change all bullets' sharpness and actors' gibimpulselimits and so on. And that'd be a hellish task, trust me. :-(

I've gotten pretty good results by just multiplying the hardnesses of the most common material types in the (IIRC) materials.ini.
