| Post subject: | A Few questions about CC |
Hello all, I am new to the fourms. I recently discovered CC and I must say it is a very fun game. I had a few questions and was wondering if anyone could answer them for me. I recently looked at ways to improver performance because I am having some problems. First off here are my system specs: AMD athlon x4 2.8GHZ Radeon 5770 8GB DDR3 Ram Windows 7 home 64bit I have heard before that systems specs don't matter much for this game. I noticed i get some serious FPS drops during large battles, and explosions. I just wanted to know why, I mean i can run most new gen games on this computer on high settings, yet this game drops FPS like crazy? Is there anything I can do, or is it just because of the engine itself? By the way I am running the latest build and it's in compatability mode. I also have a good amount of mods as well. Any help would be great, thank you. |

Thank you, the delta time does help, but only for a little bit, then the frames generally taper down. I hope as they polish the game, they allow it to fully utilize hardware in the future, because it really is great! |

Yeah, it kinda sucks it can't use multiple cores or the GPU at all. |
