Been having some issues on the laptop and now on the desktop. So I thought I would post them. I've deleted settings.ini and the whole base folder. Even all vanillas and still nothing after I reinstalled it. But now on my laptop, it started echoing after I finally managed to fix it. I haven't been able to find anything in console which would help. Edit: Fixed Desktop after deleting the DLLs and reinstalling. Echoing still persists on Laptop. |

First check for Program Files, see if there's some kinda issue there, and if not move it anyway. Something seems to be awry with where you put it. |

I used CCleaner to clean reg. errors and other cache things, then moved it to my documents. Don't know if it was you or me but thanks. |
