Guys i would really like to have map pack 3 but its for build25 and i have build25.If i install b25 would b26 mods work for b25 then?

I downloaded map pack 3 B25 as you said it will work but i didnt work.Is ther an updated version to B26?

I can attest that it works perfectly fine if you follow the instructions, but only for skirmish defense.
So you must have done something wrong.

I didnt do anything wrong,i put the file from zip folder to Cortex Command folder in local disc C and thats it.

Did you read the included html file? You have to add a line to base.rte/scenes.ini.
At the bottom of the file it should look like this:

There's usually a readme somewhere in peoples' mods. It's usually there for a reason.

1. Open the file inside the folder Base.rte named scenes.ini
2. Scroll to the bottom of the file, and edit it so that it looks like what I posted inside the code block up above.
3. Save the file, and then restart Cortex.

I open Scenesindex.ini notepad and then i paste the code you enterd and then i want to save and overwrite it and then it says Access is denied.What now.

Gotcha made the mod you're trying to install. Have some respect, whelp.
Your scenes.ini has write protection on, right click the file and make sure "read only" is unchecked.

I cant find read only.

I didn't write something that would make people laugh. I wrote something that hopefully gave you the idea that I was annoyed and at the same time taught you to start reading readmes.

Gawd, the times people ask the same question over and over and over and over again while the answer to the question is written in the opening post and at least THREE times in the readme. Wouldn't be THAT bad if people at LEAST posted the question in the topic itself, but for some reason you thought: Hey, asking the same question for the 8424th time deserves an entirely new thread.
