CVE Deformation + CC?
Any possibility that the CVE style deformation will be added to cc? It would be pretty amazing.

CVE and CC will almost certainly never cross over. They are two different projects.

Deformation in CC simply does not fit with the CC engine. To implement it would not only require a ton of effort, but it might also ruin the game itself.

The CVE will be used in a different game, though as of yet that game is unannounced. EDIT: Ninja'd. But yeah, we don't know what game it is yet but it's coming sometime.

The CVE is very likely going to power the successor to Cortex Command, i.e. whatever Datarealms LLC decides to produce next.
The RTE (Retro Terrain Engine) that powers CC might get licensed out at some point in the future, well-past the final commercial release of CC, as well.

Aggghhh Gomenosai!!!! I thought I put it in game discussion >____< I was thinking that it would be focused on MOS to MOS impact. But if it will never happen, than oh well.
