whenever i try to open CC it says: RTE aborted (x_x)
abortion in file .\managers\audioman.cpp, because:

unable to init audio!

the last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

it started happening after i tried to instal the first mod i downloaded, i have uninstalled CC and the mod and then downloaded CC again but it still doesnt work. Can someone please help me????

Well, since you don't have any mods yet, the easiest way would be to just uninstall, and then a fresh install. To install mods, unzip or unrar (using an Un-rar-ing program of your choice) the mod to, say, your desktop. Take the folder and just drag and drop it into your CC folder, easy as that.
