You should turn on the cursor drawing for the loading screen, there are scroll bars, but nothing to scroll with. Unless you are in windowed mode and very carefully track the mouse from outside the window and click on the scroll bar. Even then every time something loads it jumps to that loaded message. You should add a bug report stiky, or thread.

The load screen isn't really meant to be interactive, it's more a debug screen for the game files loading.

I know, but still you should at least turn on mouse drawing. Im assuming it will be easy, if not dont. (by you i refer to the devs) (im guessing it will be about one or two min of work.....)

Only Data has access to the actual source code. TLB, 'bubs, liz, abdul and I only create content (guns and actors and the like). Though, I can tell Data if you'd like.
