I was thinking about making something similar to this in spite of all the data hatred, but now you've beaten me to it.

I thought we already came to the consensus that most of us didn't hate him.

Just wanted him to keep in touch more.

Not to mention realize what's at stake here.

I, too, really love the game and the fact that Data has actually made it. I respect the fact that he wants it to be completed at his pace aswell.

BUT it wouldn't hurt to be a little more in touch.

Yeah, Fantastic work on the game so far. B24 may not have been up to our standards, but that's not really a good indicator of how much effort you've put into this project.

THANKS DAN!

:D Dan, just messing up once isn't bad. We all do it. It's the fact you keep working on it. You obviously must have something good if it gets featured in the Bundle, and it's still in development. Keep up the good work, Dan.

Yes, since I know a thing or two about game development I certainly know it's no walk in the park, especially when you have some many complex mechanics as CC.

Also having a bunch of spoiled kids hating on you mustn't make things easier.

I also sympathize with the laziness :p. because I'm also a lazy bastard, and wouldn't do any better on making a game like this, which is VERY fun and unique despite it's flaws.

So keep up the good work and I wish you and the rest of the dev team the best of luck to finish this great game.

Post subject:  My Gratitude

This is quite simply the greatest Indie game I have ever seen. I have played quite a lot of indie based games but never seen anything like this. Well Done!!

Todays mainstream gaming industry is saturated with typical heavily scripted, predictable and lets face it, expensive titles..
In becoming ever more business like, our industry now loses its initial charm, and magic, the most important element above all else!..
GAMEPLAY!

Cortex Command is full of gameplay, and I have been watching it's progress for a while now. It's good to see there are still developers/creators out there that understand the importance of gameplay.. Not only that but the game looks and feels great too.
I see a lot has been added, tutorials campaign mode ect. This is what our industry needs, ingenuity and creativity, smashing the mould to pieces! (Although still retaining many gameplay elements, and choice to the player)

I could rabbit on a lot, but I will not. I just want to say fantastic work, I'll be buying my copy and supporting you guys 100%.
Well done indeed!!!!!!!
