I've found many interesting mods, but I cant seem to find a decent automated/manual turrret mod. Can anyone enlighten me? |

Darkstorm has a nice turret in it, with customisable weapons and enhanced AI. |

Also, is the Novastar available somewhere? I tried Darkstorm but I was confused as to how to choose the weapon for the turret. Thanks EDIT: Mines? |

The novastar is available as part of AAL, which is available in the mod releases forum. If you are looking for landmines, try unitec or hueg pack o' mods. |

Grif's Bouncing Betties are the best landmines I've ever used. Geti's Zombies 09 had some really nice proximity mines as well. |

Oh, for non-generic landmines also try an older version of Darkstorm, which had tiny cluster mines. And yeah, check all of Contrary's links, he knows his stuff. |

The newest DarkStorm does have the grenades which explode into many mines. |

Alright, so in Darkstorm, you scuttle the little rotor ship to get a turret, or place it in construction. How do I choose the gun? All my turrets are gunless by default(I think this is to be expected), so how do I give them guns? |

You buy it in buy menu (has to be a special gun, look in darkstorm) and drop it on the turret. At least, I'm pretty sure. Been a while since I used darkstorm. |
