hey modders, i need a little fav.
i need a certain bobmb. i really need it bad, any1 who could make this, thk you so so so much!
ok i need... a bomb that has an area of effect of about 1 human. no bigger than that. i need a several second ling trigger time, and most important, the bomb NEEDS to have no shrapnell at all! just anything in the area of effect needs to be completely destroyed. basicaly like it was never there. for effects, a basic explosion sound would do and a blast look, like the cannon shells of the mech mod. call it detpack, 200 gold plz. this baby is going to need alot alot alot of strength, what im blasting through is TOUGH. i would be sooooooooooooo grateful for the person who could make this. o, and the pic of it, make it look like the detpack from starwars battlefron 2, or something akin to a rectangle withy a beeping light. thk you so much in advance.

Sorry, there's no beeping light, but I think that, as a throwable object, it would work.
I'm too lazy to do it, but I'll explain how I'd do it in case anyone wants to...
Make a pixel with w/e color you want that has 9999999 sharpness and an extremely short lifetime, then modify the frag grenade to have the detpack sprite and have it unleash 200-300 of the pixels upon detonation. Set the triggerDelay to w/e you want, get rid of the gibs, etc. etc. etc.
Not too hard to do this, you know.

um... ya, i dont have the skills to program that yet, not near close, im still learning, but it would be a huge help if you could. btw, i dont want shrapness, i need it to make a hole, sorta like the kerrbombs, but much more deadly and as big as the micro kerrbomb.
o, and if i could get a timeframe if some1 is gonna make it, that would help.
the reason im doing this is cause im going to have a lan party for my birthday. cortex command is gonna be featured as my favorite game there, and i need to balance it to make it better. therefor i need this weap.

Well, sharpness just determines how easily it digs through terrain, so if you want something to make a neat hole, the pixels need sharpness.
Heck, I'll do it. Just give me 15-60 minutes.

Hey, it only took me 11.7 minutes! Awesome!
The spriting sucks, but I'm bad at spriting and I didn't spend too much time on it. Change it. Please.
Also, if you like Star Wars, then pretty much every SW weapon can be found in my mod here. Have fun with it!
EDIT: I'm not sure if that old topic works with the latest build, so here's a build of the sw mod that definitely works. It also includes at least 1 actor that the other one doesn't.

Just open up the .bmp inside the .rte folder with paint and edit away until it's better.

ah, i seem to have run into a crucial glitch, making it useless. i use it to blast into the concrete in pershes big ass map, but when i dug a tunnel next to the wall and threw it from inside the tunnel, it hit the wall, and fell through, like the wall wasnt even there, and dirt too, but works fine placed on solid ground. basicaly i threw it at a 90 degree wall and it fell... a long way, and carved out concrete

it looks to be because of the new sprite i have. it resembles the effect of that gun that digs with rectangles. all i did to the sprite was make it a solid black rectangle with some colors inside.....

Yeah, curve the edges slightly. Rectangles are known for that.

how can i curve them, i tried erasing the edges, but still comes with a white border and is still a rectangle.
