Post subject:  take away the diggers..

Ok, so I'm wondering is their a way to take away the enemy's diggers in skirmish fights? kinda sick of taking the time to build a base to only have the enemy dig to it even when their is entrances to the brain

I tried to take the diggers out of the wave drops in the mod manager, but when i right click/delete they wont go away.

Activities.ini, if you remove any lines that are "AddInventoryItem = HDFirearm | CopyOf = Some Digger" then they won't have diggers.

Alternately, if you just put a single door and continuous air-space between your brain and the outside world, the AI will always go for the door before they dig.

Actually, SkirmishActivities.ini is the one that you need to edit, not Activities.ini.

umm, where would one find that?
I don't know much of what I'm doing, but i open word pad, file->open, search for SkirmishActivities.ini, got no results..

Dump this into Missions.rte and overwrite the existing file (Extract first and all) and hope it works.
