i changed my Deltatime in CC settings, the game runs much faster now and normal. BUT, actors and guns fall through the floor easier and faster!
can someone tell me what to do to fix this and still have no lag?

You can't really, beyond trying other things to reduce the lag. Deltatime fiddling causes a trade-off between speed and falling through the floor/laggy physics
