I was on vacation for the past 9 days (and I haven't been checking the forums lately) but when did numgun get banned? Did I miss something important? I also hear that Thor got banned as well. After some searching, I can only conclude that there are no threads explaining why numgun and Thor got the ban hammer. This thread is for the benefit of me and everyone else who wants to know, I guess.

They were bickering at each other and flaming/flamebaiting back and forth constantly. Even after being told to stop twice.

Lol, you have asking why Thor is banned now, rather than why Thor hasn't been banned since the Thormageddon (TM someone else, I forgot who) or after any of his flaming.

There were all the overpowered mods, the shitty 'Balancing' in the vanilla content, the unending stupidity, and various other bull♥♥♥♥.

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me, though I've never seen Thor do anything but flame since he got back; amazed he is/was still around.

Still overpowered != shitty. zalo has made major revolutions with ini code, and no sense of balance.

And uh, yes I am amazed at how long ti took to ban THOR.

Remember the April Fools day deletion thingy? It's unknown who did that, but, before that there was the Thormageddon where Thor did the exact same thing.

Just because he makes mods you don't like doesn't warrant hate. No one is making you use them, and at least they look pretty, which is more than a lot of people's.

The joke here is that you act like numgun is worth the thread.

People get mad at the amount of hype he generates for said mods, not the mods themselves. Well, at how much hype generated for what turns out to be a decent but not revolutionary mod.

I personally don't understand hype threads. I'd rather a mod be released with a lot of features all at once being a big surprise, rather than pictures and detailed descriptions of everything that -will- come.

I hate numgun because he's an arrogant ♥♥♥♥♥, and he doesn't deserve to be a mod. There are many more deserving people out there who can mod better than him.

Numgun is a content developer; he develops content. He has no official say on what goes into the final game, he just creates .ini mods out of sprites he gets/decides to make.
