Questions about previously mentioned content
Going back in time through the development log, I recently remembered some things that to my knowledge have had no further official mention after their show in the devlog. Starting off with the infamous mobile artillary from early '07. I'm sure pelnty of the community have asked about it before me. Will we be seeing any official content of this sort or just rely on the modded ones? This post came a month or so after it. Examine this picture closely. We see the dropship and its gibs, but theres also 2 other rockets along with the MKII. A stumpy white version of what probably came to be the dummy rocket, and a stumpier MKI sized rocket. Each with their own gibs. Standing next to the MKII is a mean looking orange robot we've also never seen before. I'd like to know what happened to him and if we'll be seeing him later on or not. This image also plagues my mind. Even though we're told its purely fictitious fun I'd still like an explination of how it came to be. PS: The post containing the above image http://www.datarealms.com/devlog/cortex ... me-update/ also mentioned the game having cutscenes. Any word on what's happening with that, if anything currently? Thanks to anyone who can help solve these mysteries. They've been harrasing me a for a while, keeping me up at night.

The artillery is either waiting on sprites, low priority or scrapped. The rockets were probably scrapped. The last one was probably just a product of boredom on someone's part.

Playing Space Invaders as a CC mini-game would be so full of win. We can make it on our own though, doesn't seem to be too complicated...

Re: Questions about previously mentioned content
And at this time it is large and has small feet and ACrabs are stumbley anyways. So still, it can't be done very well.
Also that was just some of Prom's art, not meant to be for CC, although the surroundings of it are fitting.
Anyways most of this stuff was probably either prototypical, purely conceptual, or scrapped, so don't expect it. Instead, expect the Coalition C1s and whitebot's we've seen in the very intro.
But, to contribute, Data once mentioned a "titan" unit in a sketch of a mission concept, sometime before B19 I think. Although that's not very specific, if was seemingly significant at the time because it hinted at official super soldiers/boss battles. Then DRL said they'd make nothing bigger than a dreadnought for the ground. The Content Devs came and now we've got browncoats and heavy brainbots. So I don't really know what to think about that whole thing. But I do think a robot 1 on steroids bulked up to a nine foot tall ton of mega metal would be cool, and that's what I envisioned the titan to be.

Someone should still make the artillery. Now I've seen it, I want it.

If it has, it's gone now. EDIT: Wait, I found a mod release by DiviX. He made some coalition weapons, but never a walker.
