 No horizontal split screen? Hi! Few days ago I saw there is new version of Cortex Command (build 30). I was happy to play this game again, etc. etc. After starting game in versus mode (I wanted to play with my brother) I saw something weird - vertical split screen. I remember I played horizontal split screen in some early builds. Why I can't do it now? Even when I change HSplitScreen = 0 to HSplitScreen = 1 (and VSplitScreen to 0) I can't play horizontal split screen. Game just forces vertical ss. Why? Can someone help me?

Re: No horizontal split screen? I don't think I've ever seen it done, which leads me to believe it may not be possible. I can't speak beyond that, however, so it may be possible but few do it.

I know it was possible in older build. Why it's not possible now? Heh... maybe devs will fix it.

Re: No horizontal split screen? It probably stopped working because CC now tries to guess which way of splitting could work best based on screen aspect ratio. HSplitScreen will work again in B31.
