How would one make pictures in a .gif format? One is most interested in contributing to the forum thread entitled 'Epic CC Moments'. One uses a mac.

You know how you can hold down prntscrn, right? Well, after that, you gather up all the pertinent .bmps in a gif editor (I like Gimp, but some use photoshop or some other gif creator) and optimize for gif.
CandleJack describes how to use Gimp in this thread, and other people recommend their favorite gif maker or method of capturing screens in other ways (camtasia).

I USE A MAC. Printscreen fails. I need a mac compatible gif maker.

Oh, and for my information, how does printscreen not work? When you press it does it not capture screens? Does the standard mac keyboard nowadays not have a prntscrn button?

Anyways, just use something like iShowU and make a movie then upload to youtube. Trust me, I've tried Command-Shift-3-ing repeatedly in CC. It just won't work. D:

Thank you, Grif. I don't see why Macs are so crap. They're very user friendly, and I'm learning to mod from acquired skills converting PC only-mods to mac.

If you're talking about me, then I'm not bandwagoning at all. And yes, they are very user-friendly. But it might just be a little TOO user-friendly.

I personally prefer my windows PC to my MacBook, although my dumb ♥♥♥♥ 10 year old sister installed a virus on my PC and it crashed, so I'm being forced to use a Mac for everything now.

That is my life story. My cat installed a virus by sitting on my PC keyboard while I was on a download site XD
