How to get to missions?
Hey, I completed all the missions, but there aren't any new ones. How do I get new ones, or when will more be released?
Oh, and another question, I have seen modding templates, but I don't understand where the templated go and how they are used, can someone explain the use of the templates, please. Thanks in advance...

The new missions will come in time. Be sure to check out the weblog for build updates (that's how you'll know when a new version comes out, with (possibly) new levels in it). As for the modding templates and stuff, I'll leave a more competent modder to fill you in on that.

Modding templates are simple and generic mods that contain a specific object in its simplest form. They are mainly used by new modders that want to see which variables apply to each kind of object, common values for those variables, and the general programming language used for modding. To use them, extract the .rte folder to your CC folder, and open the .ini file contained in the template folder, and start messing with variables and all the other stuff you find inside.

But the mod (seen as they're extracted from the base.rte) won't show in the game will they? And aren't they the base.rte files, and not the coallation.rte devices etc.?

No, you don't need to change anything in Base.rte, or put anything in there. Just put the template in the folder that CC is in.
It'll load as long as there aren't any bad filepaths (there shouldn't be until you start messing with names and such) and as long as the name ends in ".rte" without the quotation marks, obviously.

Yesh, but why am I taking stuff from base.rte like the weapons and actors, when they are already in Coallation.rte and stuff?
