Does anyone know the bandwidth that datarealms normally gets, and how much it takes to crash? I'm wondering because I really want send people links to here, post online on other sites, talk about it while i'm playing an MMO (World of warcraft for starters.), talk about it on steam, and most of all... I want to make my avatar in 2nd life one GIANT billboard for cortex command and go to the most populated areas... The only reason I havent done ANY of the above, is fear of crashing the servers.... |

I don't really think that site traffic from DA will be on the same level as a games related website to be honest. Although I would be interested in seeing some traffic statistics and sales rates for the game as well as how many times the demo was downloaded. |

this thread wasn't about having pictures of CC.... I was asking about the bandwidth of the site. 4 people seeing someone's DA page, or a huge billboard in front of 500 people. 4 people on DA, 500 people. huge difference. I'd be hitting as many highly populated areas... 2nd life --> search by area --> search by population --> most poplulated first --> search term : games |
