Well this is pretty well known:
You can destroy a dropships thrusters with a jetpack. What the hell. I don't know if it's a bug or not, but it kinda sucks?

Sometimes (rarely) when I crash my rockets, the game decides to crash aswell (solution?)

This, not so sure about.

If it has been that for a long time, why the hell hasn't it been fixed yet?

Because it's perfectly logical that a jet of flames could cause severe damage to a delicate chunk of precise machinery filled with combustible material?

No it's not, it's just some very small flames/sparks that destroy a huge thruster.
It does not make sense.

Dude, flying vehicles aren't that strong. It's quite a feat to be up in the air at all.

Still, you must admit that it's pretty unrealistic.

Go watch the Video of the Osprey crashing into the ground.

Mm yeah just saw it, what does that have to do with jetpacks and thrusters on dropships?

As someone said here: Flying is a delicate process. As is 'thrust'. If thrown off just enough, a flying vehicle can be but a toy in the wind. If there were a smaller source of downward thrust on TOP of a dropship's engine, that engine, presumably made of light materials, could easily be turned off balance, causing the vehicle to overcompensate and thus destroy the delicate machinery.

Um... I think.

The engines are held on by one bolt. It's not that hard to remove one bolt.

Or that.

Also: bug?

I've found that, in the midst of a match, certain AI will drop that belong to neither my nor my enemy's team. They have no health counter, just blank space above their heads, and they attack/are attacked by all other AI.

Found another crash bug:
Sometimes when I press right/left and go to the buymenu at the same time it crashes.
It happened to me three times. It must have been that. :(

Protip: near as I can tell dropship engines are, in effect, a turbine engine.

That means rotating blades, and an exhaust port.

Here's the kicker: those blades spin at THOUSANDS of rpm.

When you hit a piece of <whatever> alloy going at 11000 RPM with damn near anything, it's going to go ♥♥♥♥, snap off, and ♥♥♥♥ your engine to all hell.

It's quite realistic that the exhaust off a jetpack would do that.
