Hey all Love the game, bought the registration key but when it comes to registering if comes up with server connection failed. I'm online when trying this but still having no luck after multiple attempts. Any chance of help?

Allow CC to access the internet?

Thanks for the reply. How do I go about doing that? (I'm bit rubbish when it comes to computers)

make sure you are running CC with administrative access and/or be sure that you can get onto the internet when you try to register. It might just be a problem with the server.

Thaks for the reply. I'm running the game on the admin login but don't know how to make CC access the internet. I emailed Data Realms yesterday but am yet to hear back.

Just give it some time. Seeing as the tech support consists of one guy, who also happens to be the person who programs, debugs, and compiles the game, it's advisable to cut him some slack.
