Re: Build 26
Okay so I didn't have the time to read through the whole thread so if this has been answered then sorry for asking again.
Can I install over Build 25 or should I do a clean install?

Re: Build 26
I'm not sure, but do a clean install to prevent annoying little problems you might get.

Pantera1993 wrote: Can I install over Build 25 or should I do a clean install? Clean install is always better than installing over the old directory. When a new version comes out I always rename the old directory by appending the build number, then install the new version, and slowly copy over mods to test (and correct) compatibility. This way I never have any false positives on mod compatibility in a new build.

Re: Build 26
I've been doing that with every build, and have mentioned it already with the B24/25 mod false compatibilities.

Re: Build 26
It doesn't really solve problems before they are problems, but that method does make the problems a little more manageable to solve, which is why I've done it that way since uhh B18, I imagine.
It's also nice to not get your edits of vanilla content overwritten, if you have any, and I always have.

Re: Build 26
On HIB, the Linux version wasn't updated. At least in the filename it says b25 while it says b26 in the mac and windows filenames.

Re: Build 26
That's where you're supposed to go. Enter in your registration email as your username and your old pre-b24 key as your password and you'll get access to the new versions.

No, new versions will be on your HIB download page. The keys are only if you bought it outside of HIB.
