Okay, before this goes any further:
Sims_Doc, there are many, many reasons nobody is going to work on this project, and you need to stop denying that. It would be incredibly complicated, and unless Data gave his okay, would be of questionable legality. You're welcome to discuss the idea, but you're not doing yourself any favors when you ask "who's going to start it." Nobody is.
Everyone else: quit being clowns about it. His ideas are flawed, and he's being stubborn about it, but that doesn't give you the right to sling insults at him.
This is now the second time I've had to step into this thread. Don't make me do it again.
