You pirate a game, they have no idea if you've uploaded it to other people, if those people did the same, bam, you're smacked with a $600,000 lawsuit.
It hasn't been discussed but I figured I'd head it off at the pass.

Limewire is fail. Get BT or something.
If you want anonymous P2P, you have to pay for it, or get it very slow(not as slow as limewire,BTW). Or try loading RIAA ips into a firewall, but that does not work entirely.
And no, campuses have wiretapper programs.
