Oh, this guy reminds me, spamming "Blood Spray Particle" all over the place gives you some pretty ugly wounding.

We need taller backgrounds, I used a high resolution and it just shows a bar of black at the top where the top of the background should be.

i can think of only one improvement i want.

Better AI, If the AI is vastly improved i think that's all the game needs to be perfect.

(other then adding the intended factions and actors etc)

Actors are rediculously strong against headshots. Takes 3 headshots to kill an dummy and i don't think a little bit of face plastic is going to stop a bullet that well.

If i manage to shoot a coalition and blood comes out of the back of their head a bullet has gone straight through their brain. They should instatly die!

Although i don't think weaker weapons should kill on headshots becuase it's cool to see a ronin with a mangled nose crawling towards you.

They are brainless meat bags remotely controlled by the brain. There is no brain to destroy.

Ronins though, I assume, are a different story.

Their brain controls their entire body. They may be being controlled by the main brain but they're still living.

They're brainless. They have a microchip where there is supposed to be a brain, that controls body functions.

The current C4 is sort of dumb. The idea behind C4 is that it's inert until intentionally detonated, but the current C4 charges are easy to blow up by shooting at them or with another explosion. Also, the explosions have a lot of fire and last a while, which is unrealistic and causes a bunch of lag if you detonate more than a couple at a time.

If you right click while scrolling through a menu ingame you're unable to click on most icons/stuff in the menus.

Some suggestions for developers, if they really need them.
I want to offer a few ideas for the future (perhaps in the distant future) development of Cortex Command.
In campaign mode, funds should be united, because the hard-working players, trying to extract the gold, should have an advantage in the financial plan for the entire campaign.
Between missions, let the players to purchase the equipment (either a retail or blueprints to make it - retail is usable immediatly, own needs some time), research improvements to the old (in case of blueprints only), and so on. Accordingly, different vendors offering random products and blueprints, may arrive to the trading station . Also, they have to buy equipment or blueprints, which the player wants them to sell, on a random "special" offers, or at a price with a random factor (0.3 - 1.0) for each item.
The player must be able to build a bunker after the beginning of the mission. To do this you need to buy a tool (or drone), through which building blocks will be ordered to construct for a while.

Not relevant.

Craft are very vulnerable to high speed actors. E.G. It's possible to kill a dropship with a limbless ronin by jet pulsing around a looping map repeatedly.
Doors and drop crates shouldn't count as casualties (apologies if this is an engine issue and not a content one)

It is, and if Data's been paying attention should have been noted.

Well, kinetic energy is mostly velocity.
