All the people who used duck tape and glitches to make mods, rather than Sparkle Magic. Amrobotics, ropeface, I've heard the name Piezo, Zalo was once a god of ini moddery, etc. Not to say that respect isn't due to the Lua gods. TLB, I have never seen any mod quite as awe inspiring as Coming of God.

Re: The greatest modders of all time
I should make a mod over the next week instead of making other games.

Re: The greatest modders of all time
Everyone mod author that has a mod in my mod folder; that is, almost every mod author. Though I especially value the pioneers of certain techniques such as the widelaser, the actor bomb and the emitter detonation trigger.

Re: The greatest modders of all time
The first melee weapons were a big inspiration for the early modder me. Even if I never really ventured into that. I believe it was Piezo with his light saber that started this up.

I just noticed that I wasn't mentioned a single time. Even if I was the one who made Naxete's pilotable vehicle script. awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

I might also want to suggest Coops9753 and Areku for S.A.W. and the cool pilotable script for Naxete's Tankadoddledoo.

I'll throw in grif as a favorite of mine personally, and say that I'm sad he's not active anymore. Also, I'm going to nominate Roast Veg for moron of the year. I'm also in agreement with a lot of what Contrary said. Here's some more smaller text that's useless to you. I like Contrary. Why'd he hafta get banned?

Re: The greatest modders of all time
Just for the sake of clarity, Contrary wasn't banned for his opinion, he was banned for the way he's been stating his opinions. He agreed with me that he needs to get off his high horse a bit. He'll be back in two weeks anyway.

Re: The greatest modders of all time
Why thank you, good sir. It's nice to hear that I've got plans for a mod project some time soon but until I move over I'll stick with smaller pixelling things, I can't be bothered waiting for CC to re-download on 56k net...

Aww man how could I forget your Zombies. You're great as well. Just for the record: A lot of newbs like me who met cortex command by Build 23 or later, mostly don't know what was going on before that. Therefore, they cannot evaluate or appreciate some mods and their modders. I want to say that nearly all modders here are great because they give us the extra and the sometimes fuzzy details of the game that the developer couldn't give. Let me write it on the wall: ALL MODDERS ARE GREAT. ALL MODDERS ARE GREATER THAN THOSE WHO CANNOT MOD. SOME MODDERS ARE GREATER THAN THE OTHERS. GREATNESS IS IN THE CC FOLDER OF THE PLAYER. P.s. Modders that make our requests come true in the crack of a whip are the greatest
